Albany Off Campus is a website devoted

to quality student-friendly apartments in the

heart of downtown Albany very close to the

College of St. Rose. This business was co-founded by a University at Albany graduate who is sensitive to the needs of students. You would be renting from someone who has been in your shoes in the past and is very knowledgeable about the neighborhood.  He has lived in the neighborhood since 1989.

Our apartments are conveniently located near the University at Albany (UAlbany or SUNYA), St. Rose, Sage College, Albany Medical School, Albany Law School,  And the Albany College of Pharmacy.  A quick car ride will get you to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), Siena, and Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC).

All of our apartments are extremely close to the College of St. Rose.  We have apartments from 1-bedroom all the way up to 7-bedrooms. They are within walking distance to a variety of businesses that college students frequent.  There are many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood.  Some of these businesses include: a few convenience stores, a liquor store, some delis, many pizzerias, Dunkin' Donuts, Subway, the Madison Theater, a performing arts theatre adjacent to the police station on Madison Ave, bars, restaurants, and the list goes on.  The only business that most of our tenants don't frequent is a laundromat.  All of our apartments except the 2-BRs come with it's own washer and dryer for your convenience (and savings!).  A quick car ride or a bus ride will get you to the UAlbany campus, or the the downtown entertainment area on Pearl Street.  Most of our 2-BR and up apartment rents are in the high $400s - to mid $500s range per month per tenant plus utilities.  Our 1-BR apartments rents are in the $1,000 - $1,100 range.  Please contact us for more detailed information.
